Griffith Foods is a global manufacturer of food products. We provide a wide range of taste and texture components for food industry customers throughout the world.
Our products include seasoning blends, dry mixes, coating systems, dough blends, crumbs, flavors, sauces and food bases that are used in an extensive variety of application from snack foods and processed meat and poultry to ready meals.

Location : Hybrid (Office & Home)
Summary : This role has two primary areas of focus : development and maintenance of training materials and first-level support.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Training
- Develops and updates training materials, including user guides, manuals, e-learning modules, and video tutorials for all HR systems globally.
- Ensures training content is up-to-date with the latest Workday features and enhancements.
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and makes necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes and increase user adoption rates
- Communicates effectively with HRBPs and department leads to ensure alignment and support for training initiatives.
- Conducts train-the-trainer and end user sessions.
- Stays current with Workday updates and industry best practices.
Support
- Serves as the primary point of contact for Workday-related inquiries, troubleshooting and support for end-users across the organization.
- Triages and tracks of all support tickets.
- Provides first-level technical support. Assigns complex support cases to HRIS Workstream Lead for second-level support and resolution.
- Ensures all cases are addressed and responded to in a timely manner.
- Assists in identifying common issues and pain points across the organization globally.
- Provide recommendations for systems enhancements to optimize and streamline processes and improve user experience
- Participates in system upgrades, enhancements and implementations, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business processes.
- Performs other related d uties and helps with special projects as required.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Five years HRIS experience in a Workday enviroment.
- Experience with configuration, providing support, problem identification, and resolution.
- Minimum of 2 years of Workday training and / or Workday technical content development experience.
- Experience creating engaging and interactive training materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
