Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist - Part Time (20 hours per week)
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team at the Orthopedic Institute in Sioux Falls, SD. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION (20 hours per week).
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments to identify the individual needs of each patient
- Develop personalized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve motor function and mobility
- Educate patients and their families on techniques for improving daily living activities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications :
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience with hand therapy preferred
- Experience working with orthopedic patients preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
