Bridges is a French-Basque restaurant opening this fall, in Chinatown, by alums of estela and NoMad

We are currently hiring our opening team. If you're interesting in building and shaping the culture of a restaurant, are passionate about food, wine and cocktails and love making people feel good, then send us a resume with a note about yourself!

What you'll do :

As a server assistant, you’ll work closely with the server and sommeliers and rely on your hospitality experience to attentively manage and set the pace of service and cleanliness of the tables
You will ensure that the dining room and service stations are adequately stocked and clean
You will assist in creating a memorable and unique experience for each guest that dines with us, as set forth by the Server.
Communicate openly with your peers to troubleshoot guest issues as they arise
Participate in ongoing training and education.

Who you are :

You have 1-2 years full-service restaurant experience in a front of house position
You provide positive, energetic, and attentive service in a fast-paced environment
You have a strong work ethic with a curiosity to grow and learn
You work with integrity, warmth and graciousnes
You are able to effectively communicate, give and take constructive criticism, and work productively in a team dynamic
You are able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods of time
You are able to communicate in English, through written and verbal communications
You are able to lift 30+ pounds
You are available on nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
