Here are the details on this position.
Your role in our mission
- Assists with training plans and strategies and materials, such as training syllabi, handouts, and slides, as well as plans and schedules seminars in nine California areas.
- Assists with delivering training schedules to providers, Gainwell and DHCS managers; provides seminar / workshop training materials;
and schedules seminar / workshop facility reservations.
- Compiles provider seminar evaluation form responses and prepares reports.
- Selects appropriate instruction methodologies and evaluates the effectiveness of training and generates information for provider publications and bulletins and updates the Provider Training Manual.
What we're looking for
- Experience in event or training coordination preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiating, and multitasking skills.
- Public speaking or teaching experience preferred.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service and leadership skills.
- Knowledge in Medicaid programs, specifically Medi-Cal Dental, preferred.
What you should expect in this role
- Must be a resident of the state of California.
- Hybrid work environment 1-2 days a week in the office as needed for face-to-face and client meetings with the remainder of time remote work.
The office is located in the Roseville / Sacramento area.

The pay range for this position is $44,200.00 - $63,100.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
