JOB SUMMARY : The Manager of Human Resources has 24 hour a day seven day a week responsibility for the Human Resources Department.
This individual serves as a key member of hospital leadership. The Manager of Human Resources ensures the department is in compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as accrediting and regulatory agencies. Duties include :
- Employee relations
- New Hire Orientation & onboarding
- Maintaining Compliance and Regulatory requirements (I9 / E-Verify, Files and healthcare requirements)
- File Management & employee status changes
- Policy enforcement

Qualifications
Education : Bachelors Degree in HR, Organizational Leadership, Business or related field required. Master in Human Resources, OLS, or related field preferred.
Experience : 5+ years of HR Experience preferred; 2+ years in human resource administration required.
Licensure / Certification : None required; PHR or SPHR preferred.
Knowledge : Must possess knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning human resource administration in a health care setting.
