Our client is a prestigious global law firm with a growing Attorney Recruiting team to assist with the firm's continued global expansion.
They seek an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating on campus recruiting and hiring including the summer program and law student outreach.
Hybrid schedule is offered.
Responsibilities :
- Maintain and develop relationships with Law Schools while acting as a liaison to law school officials, vendors, and other related professionals
- Coordinate applicants interview process
- Assist Recruiting Committee with reviewing applicant resumes
- Coordinate the summer program including planning orientation, practice group overviews, and event planning
- Assist in Summer Associate workflow, program budget, and serving as a resource for summer associates
- Manage special projects as needed
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years recruiting experience, Am Law 100 preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
Salary : Up to 85K, some flexibility depending on experience. Outstanding benefits package.
