Job Summary : Service Coordinator responsible for coordinating technicians on service calls, managing equipment and parts, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely completion and follow-up of appointments.
Requirements :
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
Preferred Skills :
- Customer service experience
- Excellent people skills
- HVAC knowledge
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate technicians on service calls and manage equipment and parts
- Schedule appointments
- Ensure appointments are completed on time and followed up on
Pay Details : $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
