Job Description : Perform all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities.
Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports.
Primary Responsibilities :
Receive and enter lead calls and job referrals · Perform excellent customer service· Receive general phone calls and greet visitors· Document calls for weekly call log report· Dispatch lead calls and job referrals· Track pending lead calls and job referral follow-up · Coordinate production schedule · Perform general administration· Special projects as assigned
