Key Responsibilities :

• Support Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems : Diagnose and resolve issues related to POS systems, printers, and other peripheral devices.
• Handle Hardware Installations and Repairs : Set up or upgrade computers, laptops, and other hardware for small businesses.
• Deliver On-Site Technical Support : Provide hands-on troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, ensuring efficient problem resolution.
• Document and Report Work : Accurately record all work completed and communicate with clients regarding the status of their systems.
