My client, an exciting Boca Raton, FL based mid-sized staffing firm is immediately looking for a seasoned accounting & finance individual
They partner with clients across multiple industries, from financial services, to pharma, technology, real estate etc. across the US.
Circa 70% of these clients reside within financial services. This firm offers a very flexible working policy in which consultants come in 2-3 times a week and some can be 100% remote.
They welcome a very collaborative and family-feel working environment, steering firmly away from the heavy KPI & micromanagement style.
They are in the market for seasoned head-hunters across the accounting & finance market to plug into their existing client base with a constant flow of mandates to work.
Consultants are billing minimum $500k here and top performers are bringing in $1.5 million+ annually.
Useful for you to know They incorporate a classroom to board-level’ service with their clients in which they’ll place from CFO level down and this has played pivotal in securing retained work with their clients.
The Florida office is led by one of the firm's leading Partners who has been with the firm for 7+ years. There is 1 Director & 2 senior consultants working underneath this person.
The opportunity bears fruitful since there is an opportunity for a senior individual to work in tandem with this Partner, take part in key strategic and leadership meetings and play a pivotal role in scaling this entity.
