Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and evaluate proposals, monitor contracts, and assist in negotiationsParticipate in the review and analysis of Requests for Proposal (RFPs) to identify and mitigate contract risksReview and negotiate legal agreements such as Teaming Agreements and Non-Disclosure AgreementsRequired QualificationsBA degree with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or Master's / Juris Doctor degree with 2 years of relevant experienceKnowledge of various contract types, including T&M, FFP, and Cost PlusExperience with Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Federal Acquisition RegulationsAbility to work independently with limited supervisionMust be a U.
