Requirements
- Associates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred inmanagement business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in diesel maintenanceservice operations or a related field.
- Strong background in parts inventory management andpurchasing.
- 5 years of experiencewith maintenance software systems (TMW and TMT experiencepreferred).
- 25 years of experiencein equipment coordination or vehicle servicewriting.
- Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice 365 suite and taskspecificsoftware.

Qualifications : Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in management,transportation, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of supervisoryor maintenance management experience.
Minimum 8 years of fleetvehicle maintenance experience. Demonstrated proficiency inequipment coordination and service writing.
Comprehensive knowledgeof vehicle computer systems and maintenance processes. Proficiencyin maintenance software, reporting tools, and MS Office.
Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Master Mechanic experience.
