• Technology Utilization : Ensure proper management of technology systems for efficientinventory tracking and parts distribution.
• Efficiency Studies : Conduct and coordinate studies tomaximize efficiency within the maintenance department and withexternal vendors.
• WarrantyManagement : Monitor equipment warranties defects and recalls tomaximize credits and reimbursements.
• Team Leadership : Manage and train Maintenance andEquipment Coordinators in system use and inventoryprocesses.
• Vendor Relations : Maintain and optimize vendor relationships participate in RFQprocesses and conduct annual cost analyses.
• Compliance Assurance : Ensure all DOT required records aremaintained and accessible adhering to ISO CTPAT and safetyregulations.

Requirements

• Associates degree required; Bachelors degree preferred inmanagement business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in diesel maintenanceservice operations or a related field.
• Strong background in parts inventory management andpurchasing.
• 5 years of experiencewith maintenance software systems (TMW and TMT experiencepreferred).
• 25 years of experiencein equipment coordination or vehicle servicewriting.
• Proficiency in MicrosoftOffice 365 suite and taskspecificsoftware.

Qualifications : Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in management,transportation, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of supervisoryor maintenance management experience.

Minimum 8 years of fleetvehicle maintenance experience. Demonstrated proficiency inequipment coordination and service writing.

Comprehensive knowledgeof vehicle computer systems and maintenance processes. Proficiencyin maintenance software, reporting tools, and MS Office.

Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Master Mechanic experience.
