Responsibilities :
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by :
- Selling IT Staffing and Consulting Services to new accounts, adeptly guiding clients in maximizing current ALTA services while promoting new offerings.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales approach to enhance existing accounts and foster growth.
- Effectively managing the complete sales cycle, encompassing lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and business development.
- Staying abreast of industry trends and translating their potential impact into advantageous strategies for the ALTA business.
- Collaborating with the VP of Sales and other ALTA team members to ensure the seamless fulfillment of client needs.
Qualifications :
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development or Account Management within the consultative IT staffing sales realm.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and tools such as Bullhorn and ZoomInfo is a distinct advantage.
- In-depth understanding of the IT consulting market and target audience.
- An outgoing, ambitious, and results-oriented personality is a prerequisite for success in this role.
