We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
• Communicate with clients and government agencies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Attend client meetings and assist with case strategy
