Key ResponsibilitiesOversee supply chain activities and manage supplier performance to ensure compliance with schedules and cost targetsDevelop strategic acquisition solutions and provide expert support for proposal activitiesAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across Supply Chain and lead a team of Subcontracts Administrators and ManagersRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree with a minimum of 9 years of related experience or a Graduate Degree with 7 years of experience5 years of experience in Procurement and / or SubcontractsIn-depth knowledge of FAR / DFAR requirements and Prime Contract flow downsExperience managing various types of complex subcontracts, including hardware and softwareLean Six Sigma experience is preferred
