Blow-Mold Machine Operator
Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Operate blow-mold machines to produce quality bottles, perform audits, weights, and quality checks.
- Follow quality control and blow mold process procedures.
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on blow-mold and support equipment.
- Adjust machines to meet product specifications.
- Learn and perform preventive maintenance and mechanical changes.
- Grind excess bottles and material.
- Assist with troubleshooting process problems.
- Prepare maintenance requests and document equipment repairs.
- Document daily production reports, including rejects and efficiencies.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
