- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting needs of stakeholders
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with ADO
- Familiarity with Power BI
- Familiarity with .Net
- Familiarity with Enovia
- Familiarity with Azure / Azure Portal
- Familiarity with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS
- Nice to have :
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of commercialization process within Chevron
- Formulation experience
- PO / PM certification
- Scrum Master certification
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
- Duties and responsibilities :
- Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing requirements
- Creation of Features
- Collaboration with DevOps team on stories and Features
- Collaboration with Product Line Manager on Epics and Portfolio Epics
- Overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
- Working with the product team and end-users to deliver updates and status reports
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprint
Contribution to quarterly newsletters and team planning
