Accounting Specialist

Our growing client is looking to add a Accounts Payable / Accounting specialist to their team. The position will wear many hats and be involved in array of day-to-day accounting activities.

This position will be in the office 5 days a week. After 90 days, there will be the ability to work 1 day remotely.

Receptibilities and Requirements :

• 3+ years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Bank, credit card and ACH weekly reconciliations knowledge
• Weekly and Monthly Billing and invoicing experience.
• Ability to work in General Ledger accounting software package
• Accurately record all accounts information into the database in accordance with company policy.
• Some light accounts receivable exposure
• Strong Microsoft excel knowledge.
• Experience with QuickBooks on line would be a major plus
• Candidate should be a good communicator and work well in a team environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
