The Guha Law Firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, CA. This position offers a competitive salary range from $60,000 - $100,000, depending on experience.
The Litigation Paralegal will play a key role in assisting attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, from initial case investigation to attending trial.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Organize and maintain legal documents preparing them for review by attorneys.
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents and analyzing legal documents.
- Research applicable laws and regulations related to litigation.
- Gather and compile evidence for lawyers to use in trial proceedings or other legal proceedings.
- Prepare legal correspondence and memoranda, including drafting motions and other pleadings.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree and / or paralegal certification.
- 1-3 years of litigation experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other legal software.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of the legal industry, with particular emphasis on employment law.
Compensation : $60,000 - $80,000 yearly DOE.
