Job Description

The Lead Developer is a hybrid role that involves managing the software development process within the scrum framework and leading the development team in designing, coding, and modifying software.

This role requires a balance of leadership skills, technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of the Agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities :

• Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity.
• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software applications.
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur during development.
• Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team.
• Plan and manage software development projects within budget and timeline constraints.
• Facilitate daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a lead developer or similar role.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and procedures. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Programming Languages : Familiarity with languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C# could be useful for customizing and embedding your PowerBI reports in a web application.
• Web Development Skills : Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a must for building the web interface. Knowledge of frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

Preferred Skills :

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification.
• Experience with specific programming languages like Java, .NET, etc.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC). Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training.

Salary Range :

$128,400.00 - $215,800.00
