Description
The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for :
- Developing new and existing relationships in a multi-state territory in the Midwest.
- Territory will be developing Midwest states - IL, MI, OH, KY, TN, IN, WI, IA, MN, and MO.
- Selling flexible packaging products into the medical and healthcare field.
- Previous quota-based compensation plan with new and repeat sales goals.
- Track sales pipeline in Salesforce or HubSpot and MS Office.
- Work with internal stakeholders and drive positive growth with accounts.
Profile
Business Development Manager :
- Bachelors Degree in Packaging Science, Business, or related field.
- Working experience in packaging industry or medical sales.
- Passion for outside sales and developing new business.
- Ability to manage existing key customers while creating new relationships.
- Must be able to travel within the territory.
