SUMMARY :
Performs specific Programs / Production support duties in accordance with established procedures, instructions, and work routines.
Performs data input, extraction, analysis, and development in support of Waterfront Operations departmental functions. Ability to take on and track multiple contracts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
- Provides support in the development, implementation, and marketing of program / project function.
- Serves as a principal liaison between Programs, other departments, and / or external constituencies on day-to-day operational and administrative issues;
facilitates training, meetings, special projects, and problem resolution.
- Reviews, verifies for accuracy , and submits condition reports to the government
- Aware of requirements per standardizations provided per the Government and submit reports in correlation
- Maintains, verifies accuracy, and updates all required report logs
- Provides support in development of schedules and charts
- Assists with condition report writing as appropriate to the objectives and per contract
- Perform specialized activities per contract requirements
