  • Provide exceptional patient care via telephone and other technology
  • Ensure patient satisfaction by providing quality service, identifying patient needs and assisting them with issues / concerns
  • Research, identify and problem solve, verify eligibility of service and place call backs as required
  • Support the Patient Care Team in providing a comprehensive and thoughtful patient experience
  • Meet and support established service goals and business objectives by meeting and exceeding performance standards
  • Adapt communication style to persons representing diverse personal, professional, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds

We’re excited about you because

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; college preferred
  • Minimum of one-year customer service in a call center, medical office / clinic or institutional setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • An aptitude for quality assurance and data-driven outcomes
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Talkdesk, and other standard applications
  • Commitment to providing the highest level of service through the right mix of empathy, professionalism, and integrity
  • The ability to cut through the noise of a fast-paced start-up environment and affect real change.
  • Appropriately handle confidential information and adhere to HIPAA requirements
  • Strong patient first values
  • Spanish Speaking preferred
  • You are comfortable interacting through a variety of tech platforms and can quickly learn new software.
