US Account Coordination Leader

Placement & Policy Operations

Our Insurance Operations team is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of thepany's insurance solutions. We provide administrative and technical support to client-facing brokers, carriers, and clients by responding to insurance transaction queries through our prebind and post bind insurance placement and servicing deliverables.

We will count on you to :

  • Match delivery to support regional or cluster business plans
  • Deliver to agreed KPIs within agreed budget
  • Remove interoffice inefficiencies
  • Build a robust people strategy to support the region
  • Manage operations within the Operations team, periodically evaluating the team's performance and developing and implementing processes and policies to ensure that colleagues achieve optimal performance

What you need to have :

  • 10 years of insurance operations experience
  • Understanding of / experience with broking business model
  • Management of Placement / Policy Servicing operations or equivalent
  • Stakeholder management, prior leadership experience, and change management experience
