A Advantage Air, a Smart Care Company, specializes in commercial refrigeration and HVAC, cooking, ice & beverage equipment providing emergency repairs, preventative maintenance and new equipment sales.
Our service area covers all of Central Alabama and Northern Alabama. We are professional, inclusive, customer-centric and our goal is to to hire the best in the industry! This position is primarily responsible for creating invoices, updating customer files, and sending invoices to customers.

Responsibilities :
- Create and issue invoices to customers
- Ensure accuracy of invoices - that all parts, material and labor is accounted for
- Update customer information in software system as needed
- Assist with invoice inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently
- Assist in maintaining and updating customer portals
- Update customer files with contact information
- Enter invoices into customer portals
- Answer incoming calls as needed
- Input service calls into dispatch system
- Other duties as assigned
Job Type : Full-time
Full Benefit Package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-term and Long-term Disability, PTO, 401K plan with company match
Schedule :
Monday to Friday, overtime as needed
Successful candidates must have a valid Drivers License and be able to pass a drug test.
