Academic pediatric generalists at the rank of Associate or Full Professor are encouraged to apply. All individuals will hold faculty appointments at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine.
Research interests are strongly desired and supported. The candidate will have administrative, academic and clinical practice management experience within a complex, pediatric tertiary care center.
In this role, the Division Chief will lead the faculty in all clinical and academic mission areas, including clinical service, education of trainees at all levels, research program development, and administrative activities of all divisional programs.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop trust and work cooperatively in a diverse and inclusive environment are essential.
