WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As the Wellness Director - Memory Care Nurse with our rehabilitation community, you are responsible for conducting resident assessments and developing personalized service plans that meet their unique needs.
You manage medication administration, ensuring accuracy and adherence to prescribed treatments. Staff development is a key focus, as you continuously train and guide the team to deliver exceptional care.
You also ensure the community complies with all state and legal regulations, overseeing the quality of services provided to residents and their families.
Through your leadership, the community runs smoothly, and residents receive the care they deserve.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A WELLNESS DIRECTOR - MEMORY CARE NURSE?
We're looking for a nursing professional who can work full-time while meeting the following qualifications :
- RN licensure
- Experience working in a memory care or assisted living setting (preferred)
