Our firm is currently seeking a Creative & Marketing Lead Recruiter to work with our team! This individual must have the desire to learn, help others, grow, and win!
The Opportunity
- Engage with potential candidates nationally and get them excited about the Russell Tobin brand and the opportunities available to them, through our diverse and exciting clients!
- Actively recruit for open requisitions ranging from graphic designers, marketing managers, copywriters, and brand managers to web designers in both the direct hire and contract capacities
- Edit and post jobs to RTA’s website and job boards in accordance with the RTA format.
- Source candidates for temporary and / or permanent placement through various job boards.
- Grow and diversify large amounts of candidate pools to be able to quickly meet the criteria presented by our enterprise clients.
- Phone screen and interview candidates to review resumes, career goals, and job search efforts outside of RTA.
- Edit and format candidate resumes to match RTA standards.
- Submit candidates to Manager / Director or directly to the client.
- Schedule candidate interviews and follow through until all interview rounds are completed.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing additional information and insight as to what to expect.
- Input candidate data and resumes into internal tracking system.
- Comfortable navigating MSP, VMS, Job Boards, ATS, and various tools associated with Enterprise scale fulfilment.
Your Qualifications
- Entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude, and willingness to dive into new situations.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
- At least 4-5 years of creative recruiting experience, preferred.
- 2-3 years recruiting on enterprise-level accounts.
- Comfortable asking questions and admitting when you need help.
- Intrinsically motivated and excited by growing and learning new things.
- Agency experience a plus
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide strong customer service to clients and candidates.
- Ability to proofread and edit documents with acute attention to detail.
- Solutions and problem-solving mentality.
- Technical skills : MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to prioritize effectively and juggle multiple responsibilities.

Salary
The target salary for this role ranges from $65, to $90, per year plus variable incentives. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
