A major part of our design process is the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM) as an integrated collaboration tool communicating 3-D design to our project teams, owners, and construction professionals.
POWER is a relationship-based consulting firm growing long-term partnerships with our clients and team. Ideal Candidate + Has the ability to manage multiple small to large projects, coordinates all aspects of assigned projects, and estimates scope of work + Coordinates between multiple disciplines to develop the overall building design as well as coordinate industrial space to integrate egress and personnel flow + Through extensive understanding of building codes and regulations and their impact to designs.
The process of navigating their integration into the project execution + Writing and editing building Architectural Construction specifications including division 0 and 1 content + Hygienic design capabilities able to lead and guide both our clients and internal teams to deliver safe and cost effective production space.
Actively manages clients budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks;
and project team assignments + Estimate fees, determine scope of work, and prepares proposals and contracts + Lead other disciplines in perform ongoing detailed design coordination checks and formal document reviews of all discipline deliverables on multi-discipline projects.
