The Architectural Designer III is responsible for accurately preparing complex construction documents and well considered technical solutions under the supervision of a Lead Architect.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Assists with preparing reports, studies, and graphics using common software
  • Performs duties of Autodesk Building Systems Software as needed
  • Reviews architectural drawings for completeness, constructability and coordination
  • Collaborates with design and technical teams while supporting or leading the development of design deliverables from studies to Construction Documents, including drawings and specifications
  • Participates in the development of office standards and procedures
  • Coordinates architectural models and drawings with the other design disciplines
  • Other duties as assigned

Show your expertise

  • 6+ years of experience
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • Ability to respectfully work well in a diverse team setting to meet tight deadlines
  • Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Exhibit characteristics of an emerging or developed leader
  • Be capable of enjoying the work and keeping a positive attitude in a challenging environment
  • Proficiency with Autodesk Building Systems Software
  • Knowledgeable and productive in the Autodesk Building Systems Software work environment
  • Knowledgeable and productive in the Revit work environment
  • Exhibit a professional demeanour and be a proactive problem solver
  • Previous experience with large projects preferred
  • Executing projects utilizing Revit
  • Experience with SketchUp / Formit is desirable
