Job Description :

The IT Warehouse Network Analyst will provide IT leadership in the support of Frito-Lays 180+ warehouses across North America.

This role will coordinate network troubleshooting, drive incident resolution, and participate in root cause analysis for our warehouse customers.

The Warehouse Network Analyst will participate in supporting key initiatives across the Frito-Lay warehouse landscape, including GES warehouses, Split-Source Routing, Snacks-2-You, AutoStore, and Warehouse Expansion initiatives.

This role gives the Analyst an excellent opportunity to grow their business knowledge, build their technical skills, and demonstrate leadership skills and capabilities.

Position Overview :

The purpose of this role is to provide IT Network support to 180+ Frito-Lay Manufacturing and Distribution Center warehouses.

The main objective is to perform as the Liaison to field site issues between the business and the network team ensuring proper incident and request handling.

The analyst will also work from Incidents captured in Service Now. The Warehouse Network Analyst is expected to possess depth and breadth of knowledge in standard network technologies in order to execute and advise in support of the Frito-Lay warehouses.

The Warehouse Network Analyst will coordinate incident calls and root cause investigations for network connected items, including :

• Handhelds
• Tablets
• Bandwidth
• Voicepick
• Pick Carts
• Other

Primary Accountabilities :

• Assist in testing of new warehouse network devices
• Participate on warehouse expansions, automation, and support of sites relating to the Network
• Coordinate trouble-shooting calls by engaging proper support teams and site personnel
• Communicate status updates to leadership
• Generate program level summary presentations for senior leadership

LI-USA Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years IT experience, PepsiCo experience a plus
• Understanding of Network Systems and Hardware, including, but not limited to :
• Circuits
• Routers
• Core Switches
• Access Switches
• Wireless Controllers
• Wireless Networks
• Access Points
• 1 year IT customer service interfacing role
• must possess excellent communication skills
• must be able to facilitate technical support calls
• must be able to communicate to IT and business senior leadership.

Competencies :

• General Understanding of Network Systems, IT Hardware and warehousing applications, including, but not limited to :
• Circuits
• Routers
• Core and Access Switches
• Wireless Network (Wireless Controllers / Access Points)
• Warehousing applications
• Windows and Linux servers
• ITIL Framework knowledgeable
• Ability to analyze trends, propose and implement solutions
• Process oriented - ability to create guidelines and solidify procedures
