What You’ll Do

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in our Product line of business, bridging the gap between client business objectives and Unlock Health’s technology solutions.

A true utility player, your work will range from initial product requirements gathering for new clients to ongoing client support as we roll out and troubleshoot additional features, functions, and product extensions.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst with strong client and internal stakeholder communication skills. You will need to be competent at creating and maintaining product documentation relating to functional specs, process flows, and implementation / UAT steps.

We’ll help you gain a strong technical understanding of our products and their connectivity to one another, as well as best practices for client adoption.

You’ll need to be willing to roll up your sleeves to complete a range of business, implementation, and client analytics to support the Product line of business.

Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis :
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business and product processes, requirements, and overall market trends that impact our growth.
  • Define and document clear and comprehensive audits of client technical environments and areas of opportunity to drive client retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Implementation Program Management :
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for how Unlock’s products get implemented for clients.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively address issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Create and maintain clear product requirements with associated sign-off and UAT steps to guide initial product implementation.
  • Product & Feature Adoption Analysis :
  • Support the product and client success teams by analyzing client adoption of new product features, identifying and documenting blockers with clear mitigation timelines.
  • Work directly with clients, alongside the client success team, to clear significant blockers.
  • Continuous Improvement (CI) :
  • Evaluate and recommend process improvements to enhance overall speed to market and gross margins of our products.
  • Collaborate with development teams, product managers, client success teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate approved CI projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst.
  • Demonstrated success in program management and project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
