RESPONSIBILITIES :

Kforce has a client that is looking for an Operations Business Analyst II.

Summary :

The client is seeking a dynamic individual to fill a crucial role within our team, reporting directly to the Director of Operations.

As a key player in our business administration endeavors, you will spearhead operations within ServiceNow, while also providing invaluable support to the director on various projects and daily tasks.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Health Administration or Office Management
• Experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analysis, Project Coordinator, or Project Manager, or a similar type of role
• Experience with the ServiceNow report writing tool
• Experience using and supporting ServiceNow
• Experience with general departmental SharePoint site content maintenance
• Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite and experience with creating and maintaining department templates; Particularly strong Excel user, including experience with integrating data from multiple sources, data analysis, usage of advanced Excel functions
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Excellent analytic, problem solving and coaching skills, with the ability to take a thoughtful driven approach to addressing each assignment
• Self-motivated and possesses exceptional problem-solving abilities and a knack for coaching others

Preferred Experience :

• Healthcare, hospital / health system work experience
• Experience with SharePoint site content maintenance and advanced Excel functions is highly desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.

We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.

This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
