Back of House Team Member Responsibilities :
- Prepare, cook, and present food meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Maintain kitchen stations and inventory
- Stay updated on new products and complete training
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and safety
- Follow Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Reliable and cheerful with a customer service mindset
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
