Responsibilities :
- We are searching for an E-Commerce associate who will be responsible for picking, packing and shipping customer orders that come through our website on a daily basis
- Your task will be to collect the items in the warehouse, place them in the appropriate packaging, and put a shipping label on the package
- You will be tasked with ensuring that all orders are packed properly, with the correct items and quantities, free gifts and promotional items and meeting deadline for daily pickup
- You will also be tasked with general inventory maintenance, ensuring inventory levels in the warehouse match with our inventory software, stickering and labeling products, and ocassionaly repackaging products
- Receiving incoming shipments and properly stocking inventory
- Pick, Pack and Ship orders
- Basic inventory checking and auditing
- Labelling, stickers and packing products
- Communicate with Customer Service representative to resolve order issues
