Retail Property Manager
Ft Lauderdale, FL (remote with monthly travels to properties)
$80,000-105,000 + Bonus
- Serve as a resource to the Property Management department, managing designated retail shopping center portfolio
- Work closely with contractors
- Review and approve invoices for payment. Coding invoices, review CAM, tenant relations
- Ensure financial stability of assigned properties
- Prepare monthly budget variance reports and annual operating / capital expenditure budgets
- Review and address tenant delinquency issues, settle questionable charges
- Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance contracts, monitor construction activities
Required Skills :
- Real Estate industry experience required. Retail portfolio
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word
- Yardi or MRI
