We are seeking an experienced In-Office Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with 3-5 years of insurance experience who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Youll enjoy a base salary of $23 to $25 per hour , with the potential to earn competitive commissions and bonuses. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for both in-office collaboration and some hybrid-home flexibility.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to foster strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Cross-sell insurance products to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Contribute innovative ideas to support agency growth and streamline processes.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards in all customer interactions.

Requirement

  • 3-5 years of insurance sales experience, with active insurance licenses required.
  • Confident, motivated individual who works well independently and within a team.
  • Ability to multitask, follow through on commitments, and ensure thorough follow-up.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
