SCHEDULE : Monday-Friday, 8AM - 5PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies : Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.

Utilize a mix of digital and traditional marketing channels.

  • Brand Management : Lead the development and evolution of the company's brand identity across all platforms. Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.
  • Creative Campaign Development : Conceptualize and oversee innovative marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media content, print materials, and events.
  • Content Creation : Work closely with content creators, designers, and external partners to develop engaging and compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Digital Marketing : Manage SEO / SEM, email marketing, social media, and other digital marketing efforts. Track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Measure Performance (KPIs) : Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and ROI.

Use data insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.

  • Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire a small but talented marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Market Research & Analysis : Stay on top of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies.
  • Event Management : Plan and execute promotional events, open houses, and community engagement activities.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals and support lead generation efforts.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED :

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the real estate industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, CRM systems).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about real estate and connecting with clients.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES :

  • Proactive and hands-on approach with strong multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • High business acumen with in-depth knowledge of the industrial and automation real estate market.
