The Team & Role

As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will report to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations within the Insights team. You'll support the revenue organization with both analytical & strategic needs.

You will provide crucial insights to help support company goals along with identifying & resolving operational challenges.

The Revenue Operations Manager will be a strategic planner, prioritizing tasks & deadlines. You will have exceptional problem-solving skill sets & the experience to forecast & budget.

This role will be a highly-visible position to collaborate across the company to help create strategies influencing internal & external customers.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze business performance data & provide feedback in the development & maintenance of KPIs for the Revenue Organization departments (Sales & Customer Success)
  • Create, manage, & report monthly revenue reporting providing insights enabling our Revenue Organization leaders to make key business decisions;

provide opportunity for areas of improvement across our Revenue Teams

  • Manage weekly forecast calls along with providing accurate pipeline analytics across all regions for Sales, Customer Success & Onboarding
  • Support quota design, targets, headcount planning, budgets & development with a focus on data modeling while working with our Finance team
  • Analyze & communicate weekly & monthly progress against OKRs, KPIs; provide areas of improvement across our Revenue Teams.
  • Work with our Data Team to ensure data integrity is maintained by instilling data quality standards across all data related activities
  • Work in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success & Onboarding to develop & drive KPIs, metrics & change management
  • Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success & Onboarding to document & establish processes & workflows based on our requirements
  • Analyze the prospect to customer funnel to find bottlenecks in process & increase funnel velocity
  • Partner closely with the Salesforce Systems Team to develop workflows in Salesforce & other operational tools to ensure support for sales productivity, reporting, & dashboards
  • Other projects & ad hoc requests as assigned

Who You Are

  • Strong experience with Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Microsoft Office, & G-Suite with an emphasis on Excel on Google Sheets & Slides.
  • Organize & analyze large sets of data while telling the story behind insights making it easy for the end-user to make decisions
  • Self-motivated & have a high attention to detail
  • Strong knack for data visualization & modeling
  • Team player capable of high performance & flexibility in a fast paced environment
  • Proven track record of developing & implementing change management & process improvements through skilled project management abilities
  • Strong interpersonal & cross-collaboration skills with a passion for people, data, strategy & process
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present & influence credibly & effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive & C-level

The salary range for this role is $110,000-$120,000 USD. This is the range SevenRooms in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of the posting.

This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed remotely in any US state. Base pay offered may vary depending on, but not limited to education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, & business needs.

This range may be modified in the future. This job is also bonus eligible. No amount is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, & determinable.
