Associate Personal Injury Attorney

Our law firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team. As a leading personal injury law firm, we are dedicated to providing exceptional representation to individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others.

We are looking for a talented attorney who is passionate about fighting for justice and fair compensation for our clients.

Responsibilities :

  • Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case intake, investigation, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
  • Conduct interviews with clients to gather information and evidence to support their claims
  • Research and develop theories of liability and damages for personal injury cases
  • Negotiate with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties to resolve cases efficiently and effectively
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents as needed
  • Collaborate with paralegals, investigators, and other staff members to gather evidence and prepare cases for trial
  • Represent clients at depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications, pleadings, and case files
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and develop expertise in areas such as negligence law, product liability law, medical malpractice law, and workers' compensation law

Requirements :

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • At least three years of experience in personal injury litigation
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case management, pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience in handling cases involving motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, products liability, workers' compensation, or other areas of personal injury law
  • Membership in professional organizations such as the State Bar Association or the American Association for Justice
  • Certification in areas such as civil trial advocacy or workers' compensation law

  • Competitive salary range : $80,000 - $150,000 per year depending on experience
