Strategy & Operations Principal, Partnerships.

As a Strategy & Operations Principal, Partnerships, youll define & execute on multiple aspects of our business strategy, including evaluating new market opportunities, identifying & building new strategic partnerships, incubating new products, & expanding existing partnerships into new business verticals.

As a part of the team responsible for Vias fleet & electrification strategy, youll create long-term solutions allowing public transit to be more innovative, equitable & environmentally-sustainable.

You will work cross-functionally at Via & with external stakeholders to scale our current initiatives & generate innovative solutions that will help shape the future of mobility.

What Youll Do :

• Define & execute strategies to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles in Vias fleets; including as relates to charging infrastructure & technology, as well as the vehicles themselves
• Identify, build & grow relationships with strategic partners, public officials, & suppliers
• Conduct rigorous analyses to guide decision-making to prioritize new target verticals
• Continuously work to scale processes to support rapid growth & penetration of new solutions
• Master the ins & outs of Vias capabilities to further develop & scale our new solutions
• Play an active role in furthering the creation & adoption of solutions that transportation has never seen before

• A Bachelors Degree & 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or in a relevant role at either a high-growth startup or company
