Culinary Director Qualifications and Responsibilities :
- Formal culinary education preferred or related experience
- 10 years of progressive experience in upscaling dining environment
- Ability to collaborate with the owners to create and update menus that reflect their vision
- Teach and manage culinary team regarding menu items and expectations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with members and staff
- In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, sanitation practices, and kitchen safety procedures
- Diverse experience in upscale dining and private & public entertainment events
