B Shift is Monday through Friday from 3 : 00pm to 11 : 30pm, with overtime as needed
Starting Pay is $18.25 per hour with $1.00 per hour shift differential
Offering attendance / retention incentives and sign on bonus.
Responsibilities :
- Perform various warehouse duties including receiving, unpacking, and organizing incoming shipments.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and condition of received goods.
- Package and label products according to company standards.
- Assist Warehouse Supervisor in maintaining inventory accuracy and organization.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Perform heavy lifting as required.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
MUST NOT BE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS
Experience :
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures.
- Ability to operate RF scanners for inventory management.
- Proficient in order picking and packing techniques.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in labeling and packaging.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks for extended periods of time.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness.
