As a per diem , nonexempt CPS Solutions, LLC Pharmacy Technician at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Phoenix, you will assist in various pharmacy activities under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Your responsibilities will include preparing, delivering, and restocking medications; and procuring drugs. You will carry out your job duties according to written procedures and guidelines based on pharmacy standards and regulatory requirements.

Schedule : T his per diem, nonexempt position will provide coverage for staff PTO or supply additional coverage up to 19 hours / week or a minimum of 4 hours / month.

CPS Solutions, LLC has partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the Pharmacy : Pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday, 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm. After hours and weekend coverage is provided by remote telepharmacy services.

The pharmacy utilizes Pyxis and HCS.

Required Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED
• Current Arizona Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
• Experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy
• Proficient computer skills including experience using Microsoft Office
• Effective communications skills, verbal and written

Hospital Requirements (may be required) :

High School Diploma or GED

PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof of negative TB skin test within the last 12 months

MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or A Blood Titer proving immunity

• Varicella - (2) documented doses or A Blood Titer proving
• Hep B3 Series (or declination)

Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1

• April 30
• COVID Vaccine-Full
