- State and Federal eFiling
- Draft, revise and finalize pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Prepare TOAs / TOCs, trial briefs, subpoenas
- Calendar trial dates, discovery deadlines, depositions, court calls and client conferences
- Document review (Relativity, Disco), document productions, bates stamping
- Trial prep : motions in limine, jury instructions, trial notebooks, exhibit binders, coordination of experts and verdict forms
