CGP: SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Expected starting base salary $33 to $41 per hour.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare and control journal entries and account reconciliations
- Complete month-end close
- Maintain general ledger system for multiple entities
- Prepare reports to corporate
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of financial statements, including departmental budget comparisons
- Assist with internal / external audit requests
- Create ad hoc reports for accounting and other departments
- Completed other analyses, as needed
Education / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
Skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
