- Email Management : Manage the team email inbox and upload requests to OnBase.
- Data Entry : Enter data into PS, including purchase requisitions and wire transfers.
- Payment Reviews : Review payments in Avid, focusing on straightforward submissions.
- Travel Reimbursements : Process travel reimbursements from Concur.
- Control Review : Check standard details like name and address for accuracy.
- Purchase Orders : Potentially handle purchase order tasks (coordinate with Barbara).
- Graduation Support : Help with graduation payments during May / June.
