Pay : Typically 60,000 - $80,000 but will greatly depend upon prior experience and analytical expertise!

Essential job duties for this Business Analyst will include :
- Support the management of systems and tools to insure process efficiency and value for the end-user.
- Assist with e-commerce analytics and execution by analyzing online sales data, generating actionable insights, and supporting the implementation of e-commerce strategies.
- Manage Trade Marketing system, ensuring JSOX compliance, supporting updates / implementation / configuration in collaboration with IT.
- Develop ad-hoc training programs, user guides and training materials to maximize the platform's capabilities and provides support and troubleshooting assistance to users.
- Generates actionable insights and reports to support strategic trade spending and guide decision-making.
- Maintains / develops continuity reporting of shipments, consumption, and shopper data for use in building compelling customer plans
- Analyzes service metrics through various reporting tools and reports findings, along with recommendations to Sales, Operations, and Customer Service on achievement of established goals.
We're looking for skilled Accounting professionals with the following background profile / skillset :
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business; MBA is a HUGE plus!.
- 3+ years of business analytics experience within a manufacturing / distribution setting
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with BluePlanner, Tableau, PowerBI, and e-commerce / consumer reporting tools is helpful
Ideal candidates will have passion to delve deep into data to uncover trends, generate insights, and support strategic decision-making.
