Associate Director of Cash Posting
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Cash Posting to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the cash posting function within their revenue cycle.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee processes for efficient cash posting and manage interdepartmental communications with billing vendors and receivablesMonitor accounts receivable and implement corrective measures to ensure compliance with performance metricsLead a team, manage vendor relationships, and drive process improvements to optimize cash flowRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in medical / healthcare billing with strong knowledge of revenue cycle operations5+ years of leadership experience managing direct reportsExperience with third-party billing service providers or revenue cycle management softwareThorough understanding of medical billing processes and Medicare regulationsProficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
