This position serves a key role in helping S&P mature ourengineering team an experienced ScrumMaster,you will be responsible for driving technology projects and delivering project outcomes negotiated with the product owners.

Job Responsibilities :
Provide insight on best practices for high performing teams in the delivery of technology-related projects, ensuring team actions are aligned with project goals
Leadtechnical delivery on team(s) and projectsusing agilemethods
Document and managedeliverable milestones andrisks;communicatingout and up to stakeholders withfocus on continuous improvement
Lead daily scrum meetings, iteration reviews, and maintain backlogs
Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver work
Participatein the scoping of proposed enhancements
Work with ProductOwners, Business Analysts, User Experience, and Engineeringto turn business requirements intowell-defined user stories and sprints
Mitigate risk while managingtasks, resources, and changes
Encourage a continuous learning environment to strengthen the team's understanding of Agile / Scrum concepts and principles as they relate to technical capabilities.
Qualifications :
3-5+years of experience as a Business Analyst,Business Systems Analyst orScrum Masterin atechnical,data drivenenvironment
Hands on experience working in a team usingagile frameworks. Scrum preferred.
Experience leading scrum teams preferred.
Proven ability to deliver projectsfrom start to finish, working collaborativelywithbusiness and technicalstakeholders
Self-starter that can think critically and is proactive in removing impediments to keep the team movingtowards their sprint goals
An active listenerwithstrong written and verbal communication skills
Analysis skillsthat includebasic databaseanalysis(understanding table structures, and creating / executingqueries in SQL)
Thought leader and embrace continuous learning
Communication skills (presentational, active listening, ability to build consensus, buy-in and support across functions and at all levels)
Experience working in Jira / Azure DevOps or comparable systems
Scrum mastercertifications nice to have
